Course assessment and certification
Our Moderation Gateway content moderation certificate has 5 assessed modules. The first four modules are multiple choice. The final module is designed to give the flavour to a content moderator of having to make content moderation decisions within a given website forum scenario.
The pass marks have been set to reflect a high level of understanding for each module. The benchmark of success for each component of the training also gives confidence to you and an employer that a sufficient level of knowledge has been retained and understood.
You will receive feedback on your overall assessment attempts direct to your inbox. You can continue to make assessment attempts (until you pass) and cannot proceed to the next module until the benchmark of understanding has been met.
It is very important to note that by achieving our pass mark for each assessment you will have met the required standard of learning to achieve our certificate of content moderation skills at the end of Module 5.
All assessments are included in the course price and the training is completely online. It is a self-paced training programme with 24 hours access 365 days of the year.
