This course is designed to broaden how we think about ways to achieve wellbeing. It aims to bring to life the evidence-based framework promoted by both the NHS and mental health charity Mind, through interactive examples and videos.
The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are simple and proven actions that help individuals and workplaces achieve balance, build resilience, and boost mental health and wellbeing.
What topics are covered in this Wellbeing online course?
There are 6 modules in this course, and it should take about 30 minutes to complete. The modules are:

- Be Active
- Be Active test
- Give
- Keep Learning
Learning objectives
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Understand the importance of connection to improve working relationships and a sense of belonging.
- Identify ways self-reflection can improve wellbeing
- Explain the benefits of regular exercise to physical and mental health
- Identify the health and wellbeing benefits and the science behind the act of ‘giving’

On successful completion of the final assessment (80% pass mark required) a downloadable certificate is immediately available.
