How it Works

At eLearning Marketplace we have approximately 5,000 online courses. Many can be purchased through the website and are either marked as ‘Immediate Access’ or ‘One Working Day Access’ (more details below). However, not all are detailed on our website, so if you are looking for training for your staff and can’t find what you are looking for, take a look at our course catalogue. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are here to guide you to ensure that the training you purchase for your employees meets your requirements.

The majority of advertised courses provide you with access to your purchase as soon as you receive your order confirmation by email – look out for ‘Immediate Access’ on the product page. Some products, mostly courses that lead to a qualification, the course content is hosted on the publisher’s own system and it is the publisher who undertakes the course enrolments. The access to your purchase of one of theses courses is within one working day – look out for ‘One Working Day Access’ on the product page.

When purchasing a product through the eLearning Marketplace you will be required to register your details. This will provide us with the information we require to ensure that the process of purchasing your products is easy and effective. Payment can be made using most credit and debit cards, Paypal or if you would prefer to pay by Bank Transfer and your order is over £50, select Pay by Bank Transfer.

When you purchase a product from the marketplace you will be sent an email with the details of your purchase and a separate email with your website account login details, should you wish to purchase again from the website.

• If your purchase is an ‘Immediate Access’ course then you will receive another email from the Online Training Academy with a link to login to your course, or you can click on the Training Academy button at the top of every website page.
• If your purchase is for a ‘One Working Day Access’ course then you will receive an email from the course publisher with your login details within one working day, however it can often arrive within a couple of hours.
• If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer then your order will be placed on hold until we receive your payment. Once payment is received the order will then be processed and you will receive the relevant emails as described above.
